Description

As our growth manager you're first going to define our company’s growth plan. This should include information on where Serene Sprouts is at currently as well as where we are headed in the future.
 

Second, you're going to be responsible for coordinating and executing the growth plan laid out in the first responsibility. This means working with the marketing team as well as the product development team to make this happen.
 

Finally, you're going to be responsible for optimising the funding funnel. This is where the roles of customer growth, acquisition, retention, and upsell are going to be critical. This means helping us grow at a consistent rate. 

Growth Manager's Skill-Set:

1. Data Analysis Skills: Essential for making informed, data-driven decisions.

2. Digital Marketing Expertise: Vital to drive online growth initiatives.

3. Leadership Skills: Necessary for guiding teams and influencing our strategy.

4. Strategic Vision: Ability to anticipate opportunities and steer us towards growth.

Educational Requirements are at least one of the following:

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing: a comprehensive understanding of various marketing strategies and principles.

2. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business: insights into business operations and strategy, which are crucial for driving growth.

3. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Analysis or Statistics: to interpret data and make informed decisions.

4. Certifications: Certifications in digital marketing, data analysis, or product management.
