As our financial manager you:

• Think of creative ways to create a flow of income to reach our goals

• Set financial goals and set out funnels to achieve them

• Manage our budgets, and report to our CEO in decision making processes

• Are able to provide us with systemic, on-point and clever bookkeeping 

• Reach out to funders/companies who could partner with us

• Stay in close contact with our stake-holders

• Developed internal and external policies and procedures to provide extra support

• Monitor and review our finances

• Receive and pay our invoices, authorise payrolls

• Manage our bank-account and oversee transfers

• Support our Event Manager with budgeting and planning

• Support our stock + inventory management

• Assist + guide the board by providing relevant financial information during budgeting and other decision-making activities

• Ensure that all transactions are properly accounted for and the financial systems are maintained, under all procedures and control
